COMING FROM SAN GIMIGNANO : 15 minutes
At the round about outside San Gimignano, take the road SP47 to Castel san Gimignano. Take the 2nd left turn, in the direction of Montauto ( approx 1km from roundabout ) at the recycling containers. Continue up and down for approx. 2km until you come to a T-junction, turn right onto the white / rough road, keep left through the fields to the bottom of the hill, then go up the avenue of Cypress trees for 1km.
COMING FROM CASTEL SAN GIMIGNANO
At Castel San Gimignano take the road SP47 to San Gimignano.As you near San Gimignano after approx 10kmyou will first pass a motorhome/ caravan park on your right followed by the bus/coach park , after approx 100m take the next right turn in the direction of Montauto. Continue up and down for approx. 2km until you come to a T-junction, turn right onto the white / rough road, keep left through the fields to the bottom of the hill, then go up the avenue of Cypress trees for 1km.
