We now offer a barrel-aged Grappa, very different in flavor and much smoother than most grappas. Made from our Sangiovese grape pomace and aged for two years in oak barrels.
The Grappa Chianti Reserva is the perfect digestif for after your meal. Or add a shot to your espresso to enjoy a perfect Italian "caffè corretto"
Grappa is made by distilling the skins, pulp, seeds, and stems (i.e., the pomace) left over after pressing the grapes during the winemaking process.
