BOOKING POLICY & FAQ's

PAYMENT:

• 10%  on booking & remainder on arrival.

• Payment of booking fee by secure online payment & payment of remainder on arrival bu cash or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• A full refund of the booking fee if you cancel 10 days before your arrival date.

TOURIST TAX: The Commune of San Gimignano has suspended the Tourist Tax for this year.

• San Gimignano Tourist Tax - payable in cash on arrival.

• 1.50 euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights.

• Children under 12 are exempt.

BABY SETS:​

• Please request before arrival.

• Bed, High chair & bath available.

​

• Bed Linen, towels & kitchen cloths changed weekly.

• Please note our accommodation is self-catering only. We do not have a restaurant or provide breakfast.

• The swimming pool is open from May 1st. until September 30th.

• Dogs are welcome, but please notify when booking.

• Heating is charged extra - 5.00 euro per cubic meter.
